In The Beginning - 1968
While going through some of the memorabilia in my Mom's home, I discovered the first copy of The Torch - the first edition of the student newspaper at Richmond Technical Institute. It's hard to believe that it has been 42 years since this first edition. I have went through and made copies of photos and writings in this student newspaper to give a little perspective of how it was back then at Richmond Tech - a forerunner to Richmond Community College in present day Rockingham. Hope you enjoy it.
